Also on Android you have the option to monitor calls and texts. On these platforms app controls and app time limits work well.

I guess this is one of the things you like about Qustodio. You need it to work on Android, Windows and Mac. If your child uninstalls the profile you'll get an email alert. When time is up, if you have our latest iOS install, our new MDM controls will block all apps on the device that are rated age 4+. In the meantime I would suggest that that you use our Time Limits controls coupled with the Time Quotas. I know this doesn't cut it for you and we'll be improving this in the coming months. On iOS we monitor your child's use of their internet connection. We detect the application usage with or without internet and you can easily limit screen time.

If you use Qustodio to protect and Android, Windows or Mac device our controls are quite precise. You want to limit screen time to 1 hour per day. Regarding MDM profiles, this is the state of the industry, we're aware of what our competitors do to prevent uninstall on MDM and we've not found a better solution. Our support team can provide you instructions.

It requires you to wipe the device and install the profile using a Mac software called "Apple" configurator.

In addition, we do have a procedure to lock the profile on an iOS device.

This is why we've upgraded our iOS product to alert parents by email when the profile is removed by the child. Preventing the removal of MDM protection profile on iOS by your child: Apple makes this tough on consumers. Your other issues seem mainly related to monitoring on iOS. We're working over the next weeks to improve the scale of our team to bring it back down to 24 hours.
